Nourishment For The Body and Mind
Practicing yoga has taught me that we are resourced with everything we need to get through this wild and unpredictable life. Yoga can show us how to tap into the wisdom that lies in the body and the spirit which can guide us through the challenging environments and situations that we may often find ourselves in.
Everyday life can separate us from our core selves, with external forces telling us how to be or how to look. I love getting on my mat and allowing all of that to melt away, throwing away expectation and opening softly to self-discovery and play.
